Jochen De Weerdt received a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the KU Leuven, Belgium. He received his PhD in 2012. After working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia, he returned to KU Leuven as an assistant professor. His research interests include data mining, process mining, and web intelligence.
