Michael Reusens graduated as Master of Engineering: Computer Science at KU Leuven (Belgium) in June 2014. In September 2014, Michael started as a Ph.D researcher with prof. Baesens at the department of Decision Sciences and Information Management. During his research he is collaborating with the Flemish employment services. He investigates how data mining algorithms and methodologies can be adapted to better match employers with possible employees. More specifically, he is interested in Recommender Systems, Network Analysis, Churn Prediction, Customer Segmentation and Customer Lifetime Value Modelling using state of the art technology.
